Crystal is a wise, caring, and intuitive postpartum doula. Her ancient and indigenous wisdom, healing modalities, and a caring presence to those early weeks with my baby supported me with the physical pain, emotional transition, and breastfeeding struggles. Each visit she came with food and broths to nourish my body; herbs, tinctures, steams and bodywork to help with healing; and the space to hold the wild hormones and emotions of those early postpartum weeks. I'm very grateful for her calm energy, warming foods, and mothering care that she gave me and my baby during the most intense and beautiful postpartum season.
